We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic person for the following position:

Working Manager, Cowra NSW

An opportunity exists for an experienced manager to join our established farming business located in Cowra. McLachlan Group also operates properties in the New England and Southern Highlands NSW.

The successful applicant will:

• have relevant tertiary qualifications;
• be competent in farming activities such as cropping, irrigation, hay making, pasture improvement, animal husbandry for cattle and sheep, operating and maintaining farm machinery;
• be self-motivated and energetic with a strong work ethic;
• possess good communication and people skills.

A Heavy Combination truck license would be an advantage as would prior experience with large central pivot operations.

McLachlan Group are well known in rural circles having farmed extensively in Cowra since 1988. Salary package and conditions will be negotiated to be attractive to the selected person.
